Cancellation Policy

Notice time: Client cancellations or rescheduling should be done minimally 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Cancellations/rescheduling fees: Must be notified 24 hours before appointment scheduled. If the client cancels or reschedules without enough notice, they may be charged a fee of 30% of the service. No-show: Upon a no-show where the client does not show up or cancel in the notice time frame, a 30% fee of the service that was to be done, will be charged. Late Arrivals: You are late after 10 minutes and $10 late fee is applied. After 30 minutes appointment is cancelled and cancellation fee and no-show fee is applied. Refunds: If in the first 48hrs after the service is done, you are not happy with your extensions, I will remove free of cost. I will not refund for the set. If irritation occurs before 72hrs, refund is given after removal is scheduled with me so we can resolve the problem and ensure safety. If extensions are falling out excessively (natural fall out occurs) in the first 48 hours after service, contact me! I will fix free of charge before 72 hour mark after service, or refund half of the service upon proof of occurrence.
